I did a LOT of research about what nutrients will help increase breast size / firmness. These had most of those nutrients so I tried it. It's been nearly a month and I just started noticing a difference. I'm 60 years old and have 5 children, so need all the help I can get - these work! I'm stunned, actually, to have them work so I know it's not all wishful thinking. I did not think they would work and I'd just be wasting my money, but I was wrong.
